Yes, for junk removal our team can come into your premises to collect the junk you'd like to get rid of. To make the job as smooth as possible however, it's ideal to have items ready to go and preferably placed outside to make collection quick so you can get back to your day. If you have any bulky items that need to be removed from your house or office and are unsure if the team will manage, drop us a message and include an image of the items in question and we'll get right back you.
In short, yes. Our team recycles 95%+ of your waste. To make this easier try to group your waste types together either in preparation for collection or within your skip. It will be given a final sort at the processing facility by our partners. Please double check the prohibited items listed on this page and on the booking page - the team cannot accept the listed items during collection.
Yes we can provide same-day and next day service. Same-day service can be provided if booked before 11am on the day.
Of course, we understand that plans change. To amend, edit or cancel a booking please contact the team directly here and include your name, address and the change you would like to make. Kindly note that bookings may not be changeable if you are contacting on the day the service is due.
