After we collect your rubbish, it’s taken to one of our trusted partner facilities. All of our partner facilities are fully licensed by the EPA and operating to the highest Irish waste management standards.

These sites specialise in advanced sorting and recycling, meaning around 95% of everything we collect avoids landfill entirely.

Yes! our rubbish removal service includes a standard loading time in the price. For most jobs, that’s anywhere from 10 - 30 minutes, which is plenty for the average clear-out or waste collection.

If the job turns out to take significantly longer (for example, large house clearances or items scattered over multiple levels), just let us know before booking and we’ll always let you know if any extra charges are required. You'll never be landed with a surprise cost added onto the price we quote!

You can help things run smoothly by having items ready and accessible, but don’t worry if you need help carrying from inside, we’re happy to assist.

We can take a lot of general waste types, but there are some rubbish removal exclusions for safety and compliance reasons. We cannot remove things like:

• Asbestos

• Paint or solvents

• Gas bottles or fuel containers

• Hazardous chemicals

• Clinical or biological waste

• Explosives or ammunition

• Wet concrete or soil (in large volumes) or large amounts of rubble.

Unfortunately, these items require specialist handling and disposal under Irish law.

All other standard household and commercial waste is fine, From furniture and electronics to garden waste and general junk.

No, you don’t need to be home for your rubbish removal if the items are accessible. Many of our customers prefer contactless pickups (life is busy enough without waiting to have waste collected!).

Just leave your waste in a safe, clearly accessible spot (like a driveway, garden, side passage, etc.) and let us know the details when booking.

Our team will arrive within your booked time window, load up, and can even send photos before and after collection for peace of mind. Payment can be handled securely online, so it’s completely hands-off.

If access is through a locked gate or inside a property, someone will need to be there, but we’ll always try to work around your availability.
